The website sells digital chess products, including The Method: A Practical Guide to Chess Improvement.
The Method includes a PDF guide and a downloadable PGN database of World Championship matches commented by GM Alex Colovic.
Products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

Prices are shown on the product page or checkout page.
Payments are processed through Creem and/or its payment partners. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor, not directly by alexcolovic.com.
Access to the purchased digital product is provided after successful payment.
4. Digital delivery
After purchase, you will receive access to the digital files through the checkout system, download page, email, or another delivery method provided at checkout.
If you do not receive access after payment, contact alex@alexcolovic.com and include the email address used for the purchase.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own study.

All intellectual property rights remain with Alex Colovic unless otherwise stated.

Because the products are digital and access is provided after purchase, purchases are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be granted at Alex Colovic’s discretion in cases such as:
- duplicate purchase;
- technical failure preventing access to the product;
- accidental purchase followed by a prompt request before the product is accessed;
- other situations required by applicable consumer law.
